DSEBECS Instructor Training Session

We are holding a D-SEBECS instructors class in Cape Town on 24 July from 12h00 to 13h30. We will briefly review the remarkable apparatus and then have a really fun and challenging class using the stability device. Core control, abdominal strength, shoulder complex strength and stability and functionally integrated training are all goals for the session.

We always have a great Q&A discussion after these classes, so bring any tricky problems, case studies or suggestions along. The simplest way to stay current - continuing education on Friday lunchtimes! The only thing we don't spend time on at this lunch, is EAT!
