I had a great time at the recent BASI Conference at Leriba Lodge in Centurion, South Africa. Thanks for the invitation Theo and her team. My presentation on Optimizing Spinal Biomechanics may have scared a few delegates but I am so happy to present to a group of Pilates professionals from different education programmes and get us all thinking very carefully about how we choose exercises for different people.
